Recording movies This function allows you to record movies. When the record mode is set to SHQ, the camera can record up to 20 seconds. Mode dial 1 Decide the composition of the 0.0 picture. • The remaining recording time on the card that you are using is displayed on the monitor. • You can use the zoom lever to enlarge your subject. HQ 00:36 2 Press the shutter button fully to start recording. • You can adjust the zoom during movie recording. • The card access lamp blinks while the movie is stored on the card. • During movie recording, N lights red. 3 Press the shutter button again to stop recording. Remaining recording time 5 00:36 • When the remaining recording time has been used up, recording stops automatically. • When there is space in the card memory, the remaining recording time (gP.28) is displayed, and the camera is ready to shoot.
