Error and Warning Displays If for any reason an error occurs in the monitor, the following indications are made to notify the error or warning. Error and Warning Displays Warning of drop in external DC input voltage/LOW VOLTAGE Displayed information Remedy A "LOW VOLTAGE" indication in blue flashes on the screen. This means that the external DC power supply input voltage has dropped to approximately 11.3 V or less. If the power goes off, connect an external DC power supply providing 11.0 V or more and set the POWER switch to ON. The "LOW VOLTAGE" indication lights red on the screen and the power is turned off approximately 4 seconds later. This means that the external DC power supply input voltage has dropped below approximately 11.0 V. Maintenance • To clean the cabinet or surface of the liquid crystal panel, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If the surfaces are extremely dirty, use a soft cloth dipped in a weak detergent solution and then wrung-out to clean the surfaces, then use a dry cloth to finish. Water or similar substances getting inside the monitor can cause a malfunction. • Never use alcohol, thinner or benzene to clean this unit. Doing so would cause the surface of the monitor to become discolored, and cause paint to peel. • Do not spray cleansers directly onto the monitor.
