Connect the white and red plugs to output audio signals. Type Camcorder Cable HDMI cable (sold separately) TV HDMI IN : Signal flow Menu Setting [Show others] menu  [OUTPUT SETTINGS] (under [GENERAL SET] category)  [HDMI RESOLUTION]  [HD CONTENTS]/ [STD CONTENTS]  [AUTO] (p. 91)  Notes  Use an HDMI cable with the HDMI logo.  Images are not output from the HDMI OUT jack of your camcorder, if copyright protection signals are recorded in the movies.  Your TVs may not function correctly (for example, no sound or image).  Select [HD CONTENTS] or [STD CONTENTS] according to on the recorded image quality (p. 91).  Do not connect the HDMI OUT jack of your camcorder and HDMI OUT jack of the external device with the HDMI cable. This may cause a malfunction.  This camcorder is not compatible with "BRAVIA" sync. US 41
