If you perform the HotSync® operation before deleting the password, you can back up all the data including the private data. To restore the private data backed up to your computer, perform the HotSync® operation first to back up all the data to your computer and follow the steps below. 1 Tap Password in the Security screen and then tap Lost Password in the Password dialog box.
