About Sound Utility/Sound Converter/You cannot start applications automatically (Memory Stick Autorun) You cannot start applications of the autorun setting when you insert "Memory Stick" media B The memory space in "Memory Stick" media is insufficient. When the memory space in "Memory Stick" media is extremely small (less than 6 kbite), the Autorun Log screen will not be displayed to avoid the shutdown of the system. Tap Info from the App menu in the Application Launcher screen and check the size of free memory space. B The files of the autorun setting are not set correctly. The files of the autorun setting may have been created in another version of Memory Stick Autorun, or have been modified for some reasons. Set the files of the autorun setting again in Memory Stick Autorun supplied with your CLIÉ handheld. B The applications or data that need(s) to have installed are not on "Memory Stick" media. Copy the required applications and data to "Memory Stick" media. B The memory space in your CLIÉ handheld is insufficient. You need free memory space in your CLIÉ handheld that is at least 2.5 times the size of the application to have installed for starting it automatically. B "Memory Stick" media may be damaged. "Memory Stick" media may be damaged for some reason and cannot be used. Use another "Memory Stick" media. B You are using some applications that automatically switch the display, such as games or display viewers. Switch back to the Application Launcher screen and insert "Memory Stick" media. If you are operating on key operations, tapping or the Jog Dial™ navigator, quit the operations and insert "Memory Stick" media. B The application is set to Select install DBs. When the application is set to Select install DBs, it will be installed but will not start automatically. If you want the application to start automatically, always set to Select launch app. Continued on next page 43
