n 207 N Troubleshooting Docking Station Why can't I use the TFT/DVI monitor connected to the DVI-D port? The DVI-D port on the docking station is disabled when the computer is in STAMINA mode. Change the performance mode to SPEED mode and restart your computer. See Selecting Performance Modes (page 103) for mode selection. Why does an error message appear when I press the UNDOCK button or select Undock Computer from the Start menu? ❑ When any device inserted or connected to the docking station is in use, you cannot disconnect the computer form the docking station. Save unsaved data, exit applications using such devices, and then try again. If the above does not work, shut down the computer and disconnect it from the docking station. ❑ Make sure to return to the original log-on user before disconnecting your computer from the docking station. Why can't I use the TFT/DVI monitor connected to the DVI-D port?
The DVI-D port on the docking station is disabled when the computer is in STAMINA mode. Change the performance mode
to SPEED mode and restart your computer. See
Selecting Performance Modes
(page 103)
for mode selection.
Why does an error message appear when I press the UNDOCK button or select Undock
Computer from the Start menu?
When any device inserted or connected to the docking station is in use, you cannot disconnect the computer form the
docking station. Save unsaved data, exit applications using such devices, and then try again.
