Troubleshooting ■ Remote control Problem Cause Remedy The remote control does not work and/or function properly. Wrong distance or angle. The remote control functions within a maximum range of 6 m (20 ft) and no more than 30 degrees off-axis from the front panel. Even if the remote control code is correctly set, there are some models that do not respond to the remote control. Use the remote control supplied with the external component. The cursor buttons do not work during SET MENU operation. The operation mode selector was unwantedly set to TV/AV. Set the operation mode selector to YSP. Cannot use the My Beam auto-adjust function.
