CHAPTER 23 Groups 23.1 Overview This chapter introduces the Groups screens. Use the Groups screens to create and manage groups. You can assign users to groups and grant individual groups access rights to specific shares. 23.2 What You Can Do • Use the main Groups screen (Section 23.3 on page 287) to display and manage a list of groups created on the NAS. • Use the Add Group screen (Section 23.3.1 on page 288) to create new groups. • Use the Edit Group screen (Section 23.3.1 on page 288) to edit the properties of an existing group. 23.3 Groups Screen Use this screen to create and manage groups.
