3. Read the information and warnings on the child seat. Check the child's size, weight and age to be sure the child is not too small or too large for the child seat. Refer to Figure 3. Figure 3 4. Pull up on the two black looped straps at the upper corners of the child seat to unsnap the cushion protector flap. Lower the seat cushion. Pull the lap and shoulder belts cinch release strap while pulling the shoulder belts fully out. Refer to Figures 4 and 5. 51 5. 6.
