The battery installed in this ATV is a conventional type and requires regular inspection to maintain the proper electrolyte level and a full charge. In order to maximize battery life and ensure that it will provide the power needed to start your ATV, you must properly maintain the battery's electrolyte level and charge. When used regularly, the charging system in your ATV helps keep the battery fully charged. If your ATV is only used occasionally or for short periods of time, the battery is more likely to discharge.
