Problem Why does my phone display the "No Service" message? How do I restart the IP phone? Possible Solution(s) The phone displays the "No Service" message if the SIP settings have not been set up correctly. You can still use the phone but it is not registered with the Registrar. For more information about registering your phone, see your system administrator. This setting is in the Options list. See Restart Phone in Appendix A.
