2.10.2 Power-on Password The Power-on Password secures your system against unauthorized use. Once you set this password, you have to type it whenever you boot the system. To set this password, enter Setup Utility, select System Security, then highlight the Power-on Password parameter. Follow the same procedure as in setting the Setup password.
