4.6 Event Server Configuration The Event Server menu contains three sub-menus that allow you to upload images to FTP, send emails that include still images, and store the images to a NAS system. When you complete the required settings for FTP, Email, or NAS, click Test to find out if the related configuration is correct or not. Once the camera connects to the server successfully, click Apply. Event Server Setting>> FTP „ FTP - Host Address: Enter the IP address or domain name of the target FTP server. If you enter the domain name, you MUST configure DNS settings in Network / IP Setting first. - Port Number: Enter the port number used for the FTP server. - User Name: Enter the user name to log into the FTP server. - Password: Enter the password to log into the FTP server. - Directory Path: Enter the destination folder for uploading the images. For example, /Test/. - Passive Mode: Select the Enable option to enable passive mode. If you are having trouble, you can enable/disable this mode. - FTP Upload with: Select uploading to FTP with one snapshot image or a series of images within pre-event & post-event time period when each event is triggered. NOTE: The number of images uploaded each time may vary due to the network environment. - 47 -

4.6 Event Server Configuration
The Event Server menu contains three sub-menus that allow you to upload images to FTP, send emails
that include still images, and store the images to a NAS system.
When you complete the required settings for FTP, Email, or NAS, click
Test
to find out if the related
configuration is correct or not. Once the camera connects to the server successfully, click
Apply

Enter the IP address or domain name of the target FTP server.
If you enter the
