4.5 Power menu The Power menu items allow you to change the settings for the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) and the Advanced Power Management (APM) features. Select an item then press to display the configuration options. ACPI 2.0 Support [No] ACPI APIC Support [Enabled] ACPI MCFG Support [Enabled] APM Configuration Hardware Monitor Add additional tables as per ACPI specifications. 4.5.1 ACPI 2.0 Support [NO] Allows you to add more tables for the ACPI 2.0 specifications. Configuration options: [NO] [YES] 4.5.2 ACPI APIC Support [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the ACPI support in the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). When set to Enabled, the ACPI APIC table pointer is included in the RSDT pointer list. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled] Do not change the ACPI APIC support after you have installed the operating system (OS), otherwise, a boot failure may occur. 4.5.3 ACPI MCFG Support [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the Memory Mapped Configuration (MCFG) support.
