C o v e r s c r e w . Secures the system cover. 2 . PS/2 mouse port . This green 6-pin connector is for a PS/2 mouse. 3 . P a r a l l e l p o r t . This 25-pin port connects a printer, scanner, or other devices. 4 . A i r v e n t . Provides ventilation for the system. 5 . 6 - p i n I E E E 1 3 9 4 a p o r t . Provides high-speed connectivity for IEEE 1394a-compliant audio/video devices, storage peripherals, and other consumer electronic devices. 6 . L A N ( R J - 4 5 ) p o r t . This port allows Fast Ethernet connection to a Local Area Network (LAN) through a network hub. 7 . C e n t e r / S u b w o o f e r p o r t ( y e l l o w o r a n g e ) . This port connects the center/subwoofer speakers. 8 . L i n e I n p o r t ( l i g h t b l u e ) . This port connects a tape player or other audio sources. 9 . L i n e O u t p o r t ( l i m e ) . This port connects a headphone or a speaker. In 4/6/8-channel configuration, the function of this port becomes Front Speaker Out. 1 0. M e t a l b r a c k e t l o c k. Secures the expansion slot/card metal brackets. 1 1 . V o l t a g e s e l e c t o r . Allows you to adjust the system input voltage according to the voltage supply in your area. See the "Voltage selector" section on page 2-x before adjusting this switch. 1 2 . P o w e r c o n n e c t o r . Connects the power cable and plug. 1 3 . P S / 2 k e y b o a r d p o r t .
