3 GET TO KNOW YOUR PHONE 3.1 Overview Of Your Handset 1 LEFT SOFT KEY (Key function shown at bottom left of display.) In idle mode: Press to access the main menu. In predialling / editing mode:Press to move the cursor one character to the right. 11 TALK OFF During a call: Press to end a call. In menu / editing mode: Press to go back to idle screen. In Idle: Press and hold to power on/off the handset. 12 DOWN / REDIAL LIST In idle mode: Press to access the redial list. In menu or list mode: Press to scroll down the menu list. During a call: Press to decrease the volume. 13 In idle mode: press and hold to turn on/off the handset ringer. During phonebook name entry/editing, press and hold to switch between upper and lower case. 14 Flash KEY Sends a recall (R) signal, used for some PBX / Calling Features. 15 Microphone 16 Earpiece 5
