Reducing a Received Document Reducing a Received Document You can set the machine to automatically reduce received documents so that the whole document is printed within the printable area of the paper. The default settings are as follows: - : On - : Auto - : 90% - : Vertical Only 1 Press (Main Menu). 2 Press the right Any key to select . 4 Use or (Scroll Wheel) to select , then press [OK]. 5 Use or (Scroll Wheel) to select , then press [OK]. 3 Use or (Scroll Wheel) to select , then press [OK].
