Uninstalling NetSpot Follow the procedures below to uninstall NetSpot. 1 On the desktop click the Start button, point to Settings, then click Control Panel. The Control Panel window opens. 2 Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon. 3 Select NetSpot from the list of software applications then click the Add/Remove button. A message prompts you to confirm the deletion. 4 Click the Yes button. NetSpot is removed. Uninstalling the LPR Port 1 Use the printer driver to select and set the printer for any port ("Print to the following port") other than Canon LPR Port. This selection can be performed on the Details sheet of the Printer Properties dialog box. For the CANON LPR Port, "172.20.88.196@LP (Canon LPR Port)" is displayed. 2 Mount the software CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive. 3 Double-click and execute Uninstlp.exe in the Lprport. 4 Follow the messages onscreen to complete removal of the LPR Port. 7-6 Other Important Information

Uninstalling NetSpot
Follow the procedures below to uninstall NetSpot.

On the desktop click the Start button, point to Settings, then click
Control Panel.
The Control Panel window opens.

Select NetSpot from the list of software applications then click the
Add/Remove button.
A message prompts you to confirm the deletion.

Click the Yes button.
NetSpot is removed.
Uninstalling the LPR Port

Use the printer driver to select and set the printer for any port (“Print
to the following port”) other than Canon LPR Port.
This selection can be performed on the Details sheet of the Printer Properties
dialog box.
For the CANON LPR Port, “172.20.88.196@LP (Canon LPR Port)” is
displayed.

Mount the software CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.

Double-click and execute Uninstlp.exe in the Lprport.

Follow the messages onscreen to complete removal of the LPR Port.
