Function Menus This printer is provided with many built-in functions that can be set with the operation panel or NetSpot. The functions provided by the multi-level menu displays can be accessed with the arrow buttons on the operation panel. Types of Menus The functions are provided in three menus. Setup Menu Provides functions that allow you to adjust the warning display and printhead or perform settings for the printer interface or network. Utility Menu Provides functions that allow you to perform important tasks like printing a nozzle check, cleaning the printhead, performing the ink remains display, etc. Media Set Menu Provides selections for the size and type of paper or other print media loaded in the paper cassettes. Printer Function Priorities Here are some important points to remember about identical features of the operational panel menus, NetSpot menus, and the GARO printer driver: • In cases where different settings are selected for identical features and selections in the operation panel menus, NetSpot menus, and the printer driver, the printer driver settings have priority. • When different settings are performed for identical selections in the operational panel and NetSpot, whichever setting was performed last has priority.
