Press and hold for 5 seconds to perform a hard reset and cancel data processing or stop the print job data being received from the computer. Item/setting display: Press to use as an execute key to execute or set the selected function or value. e Power button Press this button to switch the printer on and off. Printer off: Press to switch the printer on. Printer on: Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch the printer off. f Online button Press the button to set the printer offline and online. To use the menus, you must first press the Online button to set the printer offline. Printer online: Press this button to set the printer offline. Printer offline: Press this button to set the printer online. However, when an error message is displayed, the printer will not return online until the problem has been corrected. Error message displayed: After correcting the problem, press this button to return the printer online. Menu display: Closes the menu display and returns the printer online. you must first press the Online button to set the printer offline.

Press this button to set the printer offline.

Press this button to set the printer online. However, when an error
message is displayed, the printer will not return online until the
problem has been corrected.
Error message displayed:
After correcting the problem, press this button to return the printer
online.
