Troubleshooting ■ The Projector Cannot Join the Network Cause The LAN cable (shielded twisted pair) is not connected correctly. [HDBaseT] was changed from [On] to [Off] while [Communication settings] > [Wired network] was set to [HDBaseT]. Countermeasure Check whether the LAN cable (shielded twisted pair) is connected to the projector correctly. (P114) Configure the [HDBaseT] setting again as follows. (P108) 1. Change the [HDBaseT] setting from [Off] to [On] again. 2. Change the wired network setting from [LAN port] to [HDBaseT]. 3. Following the instructions shown, press the POWER button to enter standby mode temporarily. The projector has not been on long enough (less than about 40 seconds). The projector cannot join a wireless network. 4. After at least five minutes, press the POWER button again. Network connections are not available until about 40 seconds after startup. Wait at least 40 seconds, and then try to connect again. (P133) Follow the instructions in "Network Setting" (P135 - P136), "Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)" (P118), and "Detailed settings (wireless)" (P125 - P127) to set up the projector again. In PJ AP mode, try changing the wireless channel on the projector (P125 - P127). In infrastructure mode, try changing the wireless channel on the access point.
