EXECUTE PAPER FEED ADJUSTMENT AND COLOR CALIBRATION Execute paper feed adjustment and color calibration on the paper you are using for printing, and put the printer and paper into a state where calibration link is possible. The time required for paper feed adjustment and color calibration is approximately 15 minutes for each paper type. Furthermore, refer to the following for details on the size and amount required. When Using Rolls An unused roll at least 254.0 mm (10.00 in) wide (however, a roll at least 406.4 mm (16.00 in) wide depending on the paper type) When Using Sheets (only for genuine Canon paper) One sheet of unused paper of at least A4/Letter size (however, one sheet of unused paper of at least A2 size depending on the paper type) Paper feed adjustment and color calibration are executed by using the following procedure. 1. Load the paper to use for printing into the printer and set the paper type. For genuine Canon paper, paper feed adjustment is not needed.
