Cisco SPA500S Attendant Console The Cisco SPA500S Attendant Console is used with the Cisco SPA300 Series and Cisco SPA500 Series IP Phone models to provide additional lines. The Cisco SPA500S has 32 buttons for dialing, call transfer, call pick up and call monitoring. Multi-colored LEDs monitor the status of each configured voice line by using a busy lamp field (BLF).
