If you enable a main interface for port-to-port transport, you also cannot enter commands on a subinterface. Configuring Port-Based EoMPLS

When configuring port-based EoMPLS, follow these guidelines and restrictions:

•

The AToM control word is not supported.

•

Ethernet packets with hardware-level cyclic redundancy check (CRC) errors, framing errors, and

runt packets are discarded on input.

•

Port-based EoMPLS and VLAN-based EoMPLS are mutually exclusive. If you enable a main

interface for port-to-port transport, you also cannot enter commands on a subinterface.
