Chapter 22 Configuring IPv4 Multicast VPN Support Configuring MVPN Configuring IPv4 Multicast Route Filtering To configure IPV4 multicast route filtering, perform this task: Command Router(config)# ip multicast mrinfo-filter access_list Router(config)# no ip multicast mrinfo-filter Purpose (Optional) Configures IPV4 multicast route filtering with an access list. The access_list parameter can be the name or number of a access list. Clears the configured maximum number of routes. This example show how to configure IPV4 multicast route filtering: Router(config)# ip multicast mrinfo-filter 101 Sample Configuration The following excerpt from a configuration file shows the minimum configuration that is needed to support multicast routing for a range of VRFs.
