PFC Layer 3 Forwarding Engine Tests Appendix A Online Diagnostic Tests TestNATFibShortcut The TestNATFibShortcut test verifies the ability to rewrite a packet based on the NAT adjacency information (rewrite destination IP address). One diagnostic NAT FIB and adjacency entry is installed and the diagnostic packet is sent to make sure that the diagnostic packet is forwarded according to the rewritten IP address.
