LEDs and Switches iLO Switch (SW2) The iLO switch is a four-position switch that grants you access to perform a boot block flash of system ROM and iLO ROM. For the proper system configuration switch settings, refer to Table E-4 or refer to the labels attached to the inside of the server access panel. Also, the iLO boot block access is disabled and the iLO boot block cannot be flashed. On = iLO security is disabled; iLO access is possible without a valid user ID or password. Also, the iLO boot block access is enabled and the iLO boot block can be flashed. - - System Switch (SW3) The function for this switch is reserved. CAUTION: Do not change any SW3 settings or the system may not function properly. System Configuration Switch (SW1) The system configuration switch is a four-position switch that enables access to server hardware settings. The default setting for all four positions is off. For the proper system configuration switch settings, refer to Table E-5 or refer to the labels attached to the inside of the server access panel.
