5 Removal and Replacement Procedures This chapter provides removal and replacement procedures. Both Phillips P0 and Torx T8 screws are removed during disassembly. There are 25 screws and screwlocks, in five different sizes, that must be removed and replaced when servicing the computer. Make special note of each screw size and location during removal and replacement. Refer to Appendix C, "Screw Listing," for detailed information on screw sizes, locations, and usage.
