The storage controller card supports SAS and SATA hard drives. NOTE: The storage controller card is located underneath the drive bays. Open the blade. 3. Remove the blade system board and place it on the work surface. 4. Remove the two screws from the storage controller card. 5. Storage Controller Card
Your system includes a dedicated expansion-card slot on the blade system board for the storage controller card that
provides the integrated storage subsystem for your system’s hard drives. The storage controller card supports SAS and
SATA hard drives.

Removing The Storage Controller Card

Remove the blade from the enclosure.

Remove the blade system board and place it on the work surface.
