If installed, remove the storage controller blank. 2. Holding by its edges, position the storage controller card so that the card-connector aligns with the system board connector. 3. Adjust the other end of the card so that the card edge is secured under the two tabs on the plastic bracket. 4. Insert the controller card-connector firmly into the system board connector until the card is fully seated. 5. Install the two screws to secure the storage controller card to the blade system board. 6. Reinstall the system board. 7. Install the blade in the enclosure. 53

Installing The Storage Controller Card
1.
If installed, remove the storage controller blank.
2.
Holding by its edges, position the storage controller card so that the card-connector aligns with the system board
connector.
3.
Adjust the other end of the card so that the card edge is secured under the two tabs on the plastic bracket.
4.
Insert the controller card-connector firmly into the system board connector until the card is fully seated.
5.
Install the two screws to secure the storage controller card to the blade system board.
6.
Reinstall the system board.
7.
Install the blade in the enclosure.
