Getting Help Obtaining Assistance CAUTION: If you need to remove the system cover, first disconnect the power and modem cables from all electrical outlets. 1 Complete the procedures in "Troubleshooting Your Enclosure" on page 71. 2 Review the storage array status in MD Storage Manager and record any information provided. 3 Use Dell's extensive suite of online services available at Dell Support (support.dell.com) for help with installation and troubleshooting procedures. For more information, see "Online Services" on page 82. 4 If the preceding steps have not resolved the problem, call Dell for technical assistance.
