29 STORAGE FEATURES Crisper Humidity Control Crisper drawers are designed for storing fruits, vegetables, and other fresh produce. Crisper drawers have an auto humidity control on the back of each crisper under the humidity control cover. To remove the auto humidity control membrane: 1. Remove crispers, crisper cover divider, and crisper cover from the unit. 2. Remove three screws on the bottom of the crisper cover to release the auto humidity cover, 3. Slide out auto humidity cover from the crisper cover to gain access to the humidity membrane 4. Clean membrane with hot soapy water. 5. Replace membrane and cover by reversing the steps above. Removing Auto Humidity Control Membrane Crisper PureAdvantage™ Produce Keeper (Ethylene Absorbers) The crisper drawer ethylene absorbers help to keep food fresher longer in the crisper drawers. See Filter Replacement section for details on how to order replacements.  NOTE Electrolux does not recommend replacing the auto-humidity membrane unless it becomes damaged or ruined. If the membrane becomes soiled, it can be washed with soap and water. Ensure membrane is dry before replacing in unit.
