Printing Problems You cannot print. Cause What to do The printer is not supported. Make sure your printer is supported. See page 56. The printer's power is off. Turn on the printer. The USB cable is not connected correctly. See "Connecting the Viewer to a Printer" on page 56 and reconnect the cable. You cannot print a JPEG image. Make sure the JPEG image does not exceed 4600 pixels in either the vertical or horizontal direction. If you connect the viewer to a printer with the Home screen displayed, the printer may be recognized as a computer. Connect the viewer to the printer after selecting an image to print. Updating the Firmware and Printer Driver Epson will occasionally update the viewer firmware. You can download the latest firmware for the viewer from Epson's support website. Instructions for updating the firmware are provided online. Uninstalling Software If you need to uninstall the Epson Link2 software, follow the procedure below for Windows or on page 68 for Macintosh. Be sure to back up any viewer installation data before deleting. Windows 1 Click Start, point to All Programs (or Programs), then select EPSON. Select Epson Link2, then click Uninstaller. Note: For Windows Vista, when you see the User Account Control screen, click Allow. 2 After the confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes. 3 When you see a message that uninstallation is complete, click Finish.
