Troubleshooting Cannot Clear the Displayed Error If an error is displayed that cannot be cleared, use the following procedure to restart the printer. A Press the Power switch to turn off the printer (the light turns off). If you cannot turn off the power, disconnect the power cable. B Connect the power cable, and then press the Power switch to turn on the printer (the light turns on). 118

Cannot Clear the Displayed Error
If an error is displayed that cannot be cleared, use the following procedure to restart the printer.
A
