Foreword Sec 1 System Sec 2 PFD 2.3.1 Extreme Attitude Extreme attitude is defined as a roll greater than 65° left or right, 30° pitch up, or 20° pitch down. Red chevrons are displayed at greater than 50° pitch up and 30° pitch down. The PFD will "declutter" when the aircraft enters an extreme attitude. Only the primary functions will be displayed in these situations.
