Guest users If you are a guest user, you cannot use the digital sender if the administrator disables guest usage. If guest usage is enabled, you can use the digital sender and choose destinations in the Public Email, Distribution Lists, and Fax address books. However, you do not have Private Email and Distribution Lists address books. You also cannot use the ABM to alter information in any address books or for any other purpose. As a guest user, you cannot send documents to your computer. And, you cannot receive e-mail notification of the status of faxes or e-mail messages you send from the digital sender. Adding a new registered user profile If the administrator has already set up your registered user profile, or if you have already done it, you do not need to add your registered user profile again. Guest users
If you are a guest user, you cannot use the digital sender if the
administrator disables guest usage.
If guest usage is enabled, you can use the digital sender and choose
