desktop printing Desktop printing allows you to print several documents at once, or to print a document that is formatted for printing on a particular printer. Use one of the following methods to print documents from the desktop: • Drag the icons of the documents you want to print to the printer icon on the desktop. • Select the icons of the documents you want to print, then click File > Print. Select print options from the hp deskjet 9xx screen, then click OK. 18
