To delete a stored job Jobs that are stored on the printer hard-disk accessory can be deleted at the control panel. 1 Press to open the menus. 2 Use or to scroll to RETRIEVE JOB, and then press . 3 Use or to scroll to the user name, and then press . 4 Use or to scroll to your job name, and then press . 5 Use or to scroll to DELETE, and then press . 6 Press PAUSE/RESUME to close the menus. If DELETE has next to it, the job requires a PIN to be deleted. 3 Create booklets Note Automatic folding and stapling of a booklet requires the multifunction-finisher accessory (C8088A). If the printer does not have a multifunction-finisher accessory, the printer can print the pages in the correct order, and the pages can then be folded and stapled or bound manually. Note HP recommends that you use your software application to prepare and preview your document for printing, and then use your printer driver to print and saddle stitch your booklet.
