To delete a stored job Jobs that are stored on the printer hard-disk accessory can be deleted at the control panel. 1 Press to open the menus. 2 Use or to scroll to RETRIEVE JOB, and then press . 3 Use or to scroll to the user name, and then press . 4 Use or to scroll to your job name, and then press . 5 Use or to scroll to DELETE, and then press . 6 Press PAUSE/RESUME to close the menus. If DELETE has next to it, the job requires a PIN to be deleted. 3 Create booklets Note Automatic folding and stapling of a booklet requires the multifunction-finisher accessory (C8088A). If the printer does not have a multifunction-finisher accessory, the printer can print the pages in the correct order, and the pages can then be folded and stapled or bound manually.
