printer is not printing printer is not printing verify the following q The printer is connected to the power source. q The cable connections are secure. q The printer is turned on. q The media is correctly placed in the paper tray. q The Rear Access Door is attached. q The print cartridges are correctly installed. For installation instructions, see replacing print cartridges. q The printer's top cover is closed. q When the Resume button is pushed and held for several seconds, a print sample page prints out.
