2. Fold back the keyboard cable (2) to allow access to the transfer board. 3. Release the ZIF connectors (3) the transfer board cables are connected to, and then disconnect the transfer board cables from the system board. 4. Release the ZIF connectors (4) the transfer board cables are connected to, and then disconnect the transfer board cables from the transfer board. 5. Detach the transfer board cables (5) from the computer. The transfer board cables are attached to the computer with double-sided adhesive. 6. Remove the transfer board cables. To install the transfer board cables, reverse this procedure. Transfer board To remove the transfer board, use this procedure and illustration. NOTE: The transfer board spare part kit includes transfer board. The transfer board cable is included in the Cable Kit, spare part number tbd-001. Before removing the transfer board, follow these steps: 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 48). 2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 48). 3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 50).
