Shut down the computer. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the base enclosure (see Base enclosure on page 34), and then remove the following components: a. Battery (see Battery on page 35). b. WWAN module (see WWAN module on page 38). c. Solid-state drive (see Solid-state drive on page 40). d. Disconnect the following cables from the system board: i. WLAN ii. WWAN iii. Solid-state drive Component replacement procedures 41
