Reverse this procedure to install the USB board. Power button board Description Power button board Power button board cable Spare part number 858974-001 858966-001 IMPORTANT: Make special note of each screw and screw lock size and location during removal and replacement. Before removing the power button board, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the base enclosure (see Base enclosure on page 32). 5. Disconnect the battery (see Battery on page 34), and then remove the following components: a. Display assembly (see Display assembly on page 37). b. Hard drive (see Hard drive on page 39). c. USB board (see USB board on page 45). Remove the power button board: 1.
