Replace the feed-roller assembly Occasionally, if streaks on scans or paper jams occur repeatedly, you might have to replace the feed-roller assembly. To order the replacement part, go to www.hp.com/buy/ parts. Instructions are included with the replacement part. Note HP recommends that you replace the feed-roller assembly every 100,000 scans.
