Do not remove the hard drive. Removing a hard drive at this time can cause data loss. The hard drive has failed and has been placed offline. It is safe to replace the hard drive. The hard drive is online and configured as part of an array, If necessary, and if all other hard drives in the same array are online and working, it is safe to replace the hard drive. one of the following is happening: • If the Activity LED is off, the drive is configured and online but not currently active. • If the Activity LED is on or blinking, the drive is configured, online, and currently active. A predictive failure alert has been received for this drive. Replace the hard drive as soon as possible.
