HAFM Logs To display the Event Log, choose Logs > Event Log. The Event Log displays (Figure 68). Figure 68: High Availability Fabric Manager Event Log ■ The Date/Time column logs the date and time the event was reported to the HAFM server. ■ The Event column lists an event number and brief description of the event. Includes both the event number and description when reporting an event to third-level customer support. ■ The Product column lists the product associated with the event. Some events are associated with the HAFM Services application, while others are associated with a specific instance of the Product Manager application. In the latter case, the product (such as Director 2/64) and configured name (or IP address) associated with the instance are displayed. ■ The Qualifier column provides an event qualifier for use by engineering personnel. Include this number when reporting an event to third-level customer support. ■ The Data column includes additional event data for use in fault isolating a problem.
