Using the Menu Bar By default, all users have View rights, which allow the viewing of configurations, but not the changing of configurations. View rights cannot be removed. The users with System Administrator rights can make all control and configuration changes implemented through the HAFM application. User Rights for Specific Functions Table 3 lists the specific functions available to HAFM users who have been assigned the user rights of System Administrator, Product Administrator, Maintenance, or Operator. If a user's assigned rights do not include the right to perform a specific operation, a Not Authorized message displays when the operation is attempted.
