Using the Menu Bar Modify User Parameters The Modify User dialog box (Figure 24) is used to change the password, description, and rights for those users already configured in the HAFM. 1. In the Password field, delete the current password and enter another password of 16 characters or less. (The password is case-sensitive.) 2. In the Confirm Password field, reenter the new password exactly as it was entered in the Password field. 3. (Optional) In the Description field, change the description of the user (such as employee number, department, and function) as necessary. 4. Re-assign rights to the user, using the Add and Remove buttons to display the right in the Rights Granted list. Refer to "User Rights" on page 65 for definitions of user rights. By default, view rights are granted to all users. 5. Click OK to activate the administration and close the dialog box. 6. Click Close to close the Configure Users dialog box. Delete User Delete users from the system through the Configure Users dialog box (Figure 22 on page 67). 1. From the Configure menu, choose Users. The Configure Users dialog box displays (Figure 22 on page 67). 2. In the User column, select the user to be deleted. 3. Click Delete. A Warning dialog box opens confirming the deletion (Figure 25). Modify User Parameters
The

dialog box (

1.
