WebUI Configuration The WebUI is designed to be a graphical, easy-to-use application that gathers the necessary information for configuration. The WebUI may be accessed through three methods: ■ RapidLaunch method ■ Remote Browser method (using hostname) ■ Direct Attach method Note: You can configure this system through the WebUI or manually through Remote Desktop or Windows Server 2003 Desktop. Note: The NAS 2000s is designed to be deployed without a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. These ports are available and supported by the NAS device, if used. RapidLaunch Method The NAS 2000s includes a RapidLaunch CD that can run on any Windows-based PC using Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later).
