5 Support If you require support for your Linux-based thin client, contact your region's HP Technical Support Center. While HP provides support for Linux-based thin clients, HP does not provide technical support for the Linux operating system or application components that are obtained from the open source community. Hardware warranty The hardware warranty is three years limited coverage and can be upgraded by purchasing an optional HP Care Pack. All other services and features are from open source community packages and are not supported by HP. Image updates and add-ons HP provides periodic updates to the image, as well as add-ons.
