Attention: For proper cooling and airflow, install the top cover before turning on the server. Operating the server for extended periods of time (over 30 minutes) with the top cover removed might damage server components. Installing the server front door and media-bay bezel Refer to the following illustration to install the server front door and media-bay bezel. Note: The illustrations in this document might differ slightly from your hardware. 1. Align the pins on the front door with the hinges on the server and slide the door down. 2. Close and lock the door. To install the media-bay bezel: 1. Insert the two tabs on the top of the media-bay bezel into the matching holes on the server chassis. 2. Push the bottom of the media-bay bezel toward the server until the two tabs at the bottom of the bezel snap into place. Installing options 63

Installing the server front door and media-bay bezel
Refer to the following illustration to install the server front door and media-bay
bezel.
Note:
The illustrations in this document might differ slightly from your hardware.
1.
Align the pins on the front door with the hinges on the server and slide the
door down.
2.
Close and lock the door.
To install the media-bay bezel:
1.
Insert the two tabs on the top of the media-bay bezel into the matching holes
on the server chassis.
2.
Push the bottom of the media-bay bezel toward the server until the two tabs at
the bottom of the bezel snap into place.
